Commercial Lawyer Canberra FullTime

We are looking for a proactive and commercially-minded lawyer who enjoys cutting through complexity. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years' experience in corporate/commercial law, including some exposure to government advisory or in-house public sector roles.
The role involves advising on:
- Shareholders agreements
- Corporate structuring
- Sale and acquisition of business assets
- Capital raising transactions
- Mid-market M&A transactions
- Regulatory compliance and governance
You should also have:
- A strong understanding of the Corporations Act and regulatory frameworks
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end transactions
