Commercial Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking experienced lawyers to join our highly regarded Australian Government commercial practice. This is a unique opportunity to take your career to the next level and be part of a growing practice.

  • Advise on significant Australian Government projects;
  • Support the achievement of Australian Government requirements and objectives;
  • Work across Commonwealth procurement, commercial contracting, intellectual property, and technology matters;
  • Be part of a collaborative and supportive team; and
  • Provide corporate advisory services, including corporate law, governance, structuring, transactions, and regulatory compliance.

Ideally you will have:

  • 1-5 years PAE, preferably in a commercial legal role;
  • A strong interest in working on Australian Government transactions;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to be able to deal with clients and other parties;
  • Excellent contract drafting and advice writing skills; and
  • The ability and willingness to apply for an AGSVA Baseline clearance.

Candidates should possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
