Job Description

We are seeking highly skilled HR specialists to support managers and caregivers in their employment journey.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the drafting, review, and execution of new caregiver employment contracts.
  • Establishing new caregivers in Workday (HRIS) and facilitating a smooth onboarding process.
  • Serving as a point of contact for new caregiver contract and onboarding enquiries.

Additionally, you will:

  • Process various employment changes, resignations, reporting structures, and cost centre updates.
  • Provide guidance on parental leave entitlements and support managers and caregivers in line with applicable EBAs and legislation.
  • Interpret industrial instruments and offer timely expert advice on HR policies, procedures, employment terms and conditions, and entitlements.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed, you will have experience in a high-volume Human Resources environment, a strong understanding of industrial agreements, HR policies, and relevant legislation.

A commitment to delivering outstanding service and continuous improvement is essential.
