Job Overview

The role of Regional Operations Leader at a leading organization is a challenging position that requires a driven and experienced professional to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class customer support with a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
  • Develop strategic plans to penetrate assigned accounts, initiate new business, and grow existing business through team and individual selling efforts.
  • Identify new marketing opportunities and develop strategies to convert them into actionable initiatives.
  • Perform site inspections and provide technical advice to optimize product performance and quality.
  • Provide equal attention to established customers as to growing new business relationships.
  • Demonstrate a strong degree of mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Prepare high-level correspondence and quality tender responses and manage contractual processes in accordance with company policies.

Job Knowledge, Education, and Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience in underground mining or heavy industry sectors.
  • GET product experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal).
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter, taking pride in the quality of work delivered with excellent time management, solid communication, and negotiation skills.
  • The successful candidate will be required to undergo a thorough background check.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to access and board mining and construction equipment; climb ladders; lift products within OH&S guidelines.
  • Travel Requirements: Frequent air and car travel to mine sites in local and remote areas (>50% of the month).
