Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished leader to drive sales performance and team success in a flagship showroom. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for achieving exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining store presentation standards.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven retail professional to take charge of a high-profile showroom, setting the standard for sales and service excellence. You will be responsible for managing stock, operations, and financial performance, ensuring efficient store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales performance and exceed targets in a consultative sales environment.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to achieve business goals.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences, building strong client relationships through effective communication and rapport-building skills.
  • Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards to reflect a premium brand image.
  • Manage store operations, including stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
Requirements:
  • Proven success in selling high-ticket items, preferably in furniture or homewares.
  • Previous leadership experience in a results-driven retail environment, with a track record of achieving sales growth and team development.
  • A natural salesperson who thrives on achieving and exceeding targets, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • A strong communicator and motivator, capable of building an engaged and high-performing team.
  • Immaculate presentation and professionalism, suitable for a premium retail space.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays, and enjoy time off during the week.
