Commercial Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop customer relationships.
  • Prepare business quotations and win new business opportunities in line with sales plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Maintain profitability margins for existing products.
  • Support the team with marketing presentations and promotional material as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and annual budgets.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in a commercial/B2B Sales/Business Development role or Customer facing Technical/Engineering role with some commercial skills.
  • Demonstrable sales negotiation and contract award successes.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft suite of applications, especially Excel.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
