Job Responsibilities
  • Setting up and maintaining current files
  • Liaising with brokers and borrowers about their loans
  • Instructing lawyers on new files
  • Working closely with the investments team to ensure successful mortgage outcomes.
  • Drafting mortgage documents
  • Managing administrative staff on the credit side
  • Instructing and reviewing valuations
  • Attending to security documents post settlement.
  • Maintaining compliance requirements
  • Liaising with lawyers in each step of the process
Requirements
  • Proven experience in credit analysis, preferably within a non-bank lending environment and within the property/mortgage space.
  • Familiarity with credit assessments, property lending, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Great attention to detail, work with a sense of urgency and be able to work within a team environment.
