Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, implementation, and management of Collection strategies to mitigate credit losses by testing and assigning appropriate treatments to delinquent accounts.
  • Drive continuous improvement in collection strategy effectiveness with a focus on incremental profitability.
  • Ensure all credit risks associated with collections are understood and quantified with effective reporting.
What You'll Bring:
  • Proven experience working as a risk/data analyst, ideally with expertise in unsecured lending products.
  • Ability to influence decision makers with data and drive results and improvements across credit risk.
  • Solid SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau.
  • Exposure to solving problems in the collections space is highly regarded.
