About the Role

We're seeking a talented and motivated Credit Risk Senior Data Analyst to join our cross-functional team dedicated to providing high-quality data for use in credit risk models. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in identifying potential new sources of data, interrogating data to determine which is predictive of credit default, assessing data quality, and creating model-ready data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and analyze information quickly and efficiently to leverage innovative and creative solutions to solve problems related to data and models.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and work under pressure to achieve deadlines.
  • Ensure deliverables meet stakeholders' expectations and work in a cross-functional environment.
  • Develop and maintain a sound understanding of the risk environment, processes, and systems.
Requirements
  • Strong problem-solving skills, written and verbal communication skills, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, BigQuery, Python, R, SAS).
  • Quantitative degree in statistics, actuarial, econometrics, mathematics, physics, engineering, or related field.
  • Exposure to credit risk models would be an advantage.
