We are looking for an experienced 3D modeler with a proven track record in producing high-quality, visually stunning assets. You will work closely with our team to develop innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs.

This is a full-time position based in Australia, and we offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce high-quality 3D environmental assets using 3DS Max and other industry-standard software.
  • Collaborate with our design team to create innovative and engaging visualisations.
  • Develop tools and workflows to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of time spent on tasks and contribute to the continuous improvement of our production process.
Requirements
  • A relevant qualification in Multimedia / Digital Art or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of applicable industry experience using 3DS Max and Photoshop.
  • Proven experience developing for real-time 3D engines (Low Poly Game design, Game modifications, Visualisation real-time rendering).
  • Working knowledge of CAD, Civil Design, and Architectural software packages.
  • Knowledge of current best practice 3D modelling tools and methods.
  • Strong time management, prioritisation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and work collaboratively.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Flexibility in different situations and ability to adapt to change.
  • High level of personal drive and self-motivation.
  • Artistically minded and technically capable of applying new technologies and concepts.
