Job Title: Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Supervisor to lead our project. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to work collaboratively as part of a team and have a thorough understanding of Occupational Health and Safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Arrange plant, labour and material resources for the project.
  • Subcontractor Management: Direction and monitoring of subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain the daily record of site activities.
  • Communication: High level communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • FRP Experience: Experienced in FRP as a Site Supervisor.
  • Certification: Certificate 3 in Civil Construction or similar.
  • Technical Skills: Experience in concrete, steel fixing, formwork and earthworks.
  • Quality Control: Implementation of quality control techniques.
  • Task Planning: Planning and management of daily tasks and activities.
