Job Opportunity

The role of Senior Site Supervisor is pivotal in driving the success of our civil construction projects. Effective leadership and meticulous attention to detail are essential in maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency throughout all stages of the FRP process.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement efficient project plans, ensuring optimal allocation of resources including plant, labour, and materials.
  • Oversee and monitor subcontractors and suppliers to guarantee work meets stringent safety and quality standards, with a focus on formwork systems integrity during concrete pours.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of OH&S regulations and ensure compliance on-site, particularly concerning formwork structures and safety protocols.
  • Promote accurate documentation of daily site activities and progress.
  • Closely interpret plans and technical drawings, especially focusing on formwork design specifications, to ensure precise implementation during construction.
  • Foster effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Manage quality control processes and ensure that all work adheres to specified standards.
  • Provide assistance in coordinating multiple teams across different projects as needed.
  • Exhibit proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and efficiency.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of OH&S regulations and safety protocols.
