The Role
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Maintain open communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members, fostering collaboration and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to source materials and services, adhering to budget and quality standards.
  • Prepare detailed estimates and quotations, utilizing computer-based estimating packages for accurate calculations.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies, promoting a healthy and safe work environment.
About You
  • Proven experience in project management, with a solid understanding of building and construction principles.
  • Strong knowledge of estimating software and techniques, enabling accurate cost projections.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Hold a current driver's license, with a clean driving record.
  • Clean criminal history is mandatory, as well as the ability to pass a thorough background check.
