About This Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a Data Analyst position within our eCommerce Planning Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights into eCommerce performance metrics.

Key deliverables include extracting, transforming, and analysing data from multiple sources to support informed decision-making, as well as monitoring and interpreting trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.

To achieve this, the ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with advanced Excel expertise and experience working with reporting and data visualisation tools such as GA4, MicroStrategy, or Looker.

Furthermore, the ability to automate reports and build intuitive dashboards that enable self-service insights is crucial. A solid understanding of eCommerce KPIs, performance metrics, and digital analytics is also essential.

A strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability, coupled with excellent communication skills, will enable the successful candidate to effectively translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
