About Us

We're searching for a results-driven Ecommerce Specialist to own the online store's day-to-day performance, optimise conversion rates, and drive sales growth. This is a hands-on role with clear KPIs, where you'll make a direct impact on revenue by delivering an exceptional shopping experience.


What You'll Do

Merchandising & Product Content

  • Upload and optimise product listings, copy, images, categories, and promotions across the ecommerce platform.
  • Retitle, reprice, and proof content to ensure accuracy and alignment with the brand voice and inventory levels.
  • Ensure new arrivals, campaigns, and core collections are merchandised to maximise visibility and sales.

Sales & Conversion Rate Optimisation

  • Own the end-to-end ecommerce sales performance, with a focus on maximising conversion rates, average order value, and sales velocity.
  • Analyse site behaviour, sales data, and product performance to identify and implement improvements that drive revenue growth.
  • Continuously test and optimise site layout, product placement, and merchandising to improve user experience and reduce bounce rates.
  • Monitor performance against key KPIs and proactively act on opportunities to boost results.

Data, Reporting & KPI Tracking

  • Monitor daily/weekly sales and conversion metrics, adjusting merchandising and site strategy in real time.
  • Produce clear performance reports and insights to support decision-making.
  • Maintain margin and cost-price spreadsheets for financial tracking.

Collaboration & Project Management

  • Coordinate with Marketing, Design, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless product launches and campaign rollouts.
  • Support Open-to-Buy (OTB) planning by highlighting product and promotional opportunities.
  • Manage stock reserves for split releases aligned with promotional calendars.

Who You Are

  • Degree in Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, Business, or equivalent experience (min 3 years).
  • Proven track record in ecommerce merchandising, sales growth, and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Proficient in Shopify, CMS, ERP systems.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Collaborative, solutions-focused, and able to work at pace in a fast-moving retail environment.
