Community Engagement Advisor Job Opportunity

The role of Community Engagement Advisor is a part-time position that requires driving relationships and engagement between the branch and its local community.

Key responsibilities include coordinating and managing community engagement strategies, attending local events, creating and posting content across various social media platforms, and driving engagement and awareness in the local community.

Apart from these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be involved in participating in local community initiatives, which may involve travel, weekend work, or working out of hours on occasion.

The ideal candidate should have a strong customer service ethos, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as excellent time management and organisational skills.

Additionally, experience in marketing and managing social media platforms, project or event management, and excellent ICT skills with knowledge of digital platforms and creative/editing tools are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and post content across various social media platforms

  • Participate in local community initiatives
