Job Description

Your Role: As our new team member, you'll be responsible for developing our lead generation strategy and funnel to get high-quality leads for our sales team. This includes creating an industry segmentation strategy for the sales team.

  • Lead Generation Optimisation: You'll develop and implement strategies to optimize lead generation, ensuring our sales team has the best possible opportunities.
  • Sales Funnel Optimisation: From testing and assessing current lead generation formats and flows to analyzing sales conversation rates, you'll ensure our sales process is optimized for success.
  • Commission Payout Optimisation: You'll improve the operations surrounding commission payouts, streamlining processes to benefit both our team and clients.
  • Optimise Tendering: By improving lead times for tendering prices, you'll enable us to offer more pricing options to customers and leads faster.
  • Developing and Backtesting an SDR Strategy: You'll design and test a data-driven approach to prove the benefits of an SDR strategy, especially for enterprise deals.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
