About the Role

As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily embroidery and sewing workflows. Your primary objective will be to coordinate tasks effectively, ensuring they are completed on time and meeting customer expectations and service level agreements (SLAs).

You will support team performance through coaching, training coordination, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs). Your role will also involve planning and allocating labor resources across departments and sites, participating in daily resource meetings to guarantee efficient task completion.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily operations to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to SLAs.
  • Solicit, train, and coach floor staff to optimize their performance and meet KPI targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance needs, and consumable tracking.
  • Enforce compliance with safety procedures, including regular safety checks and adherence to established policies.
  • Promote high housekeeping standards and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Evaluate production quality, approving samples and invoicing customers as necessary.
  • Analyze KPI data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a large-scale warehouse setting.
  • Proven supervisory skills with a team of 5-30 floor staff.
  • Familiarity with KPI analysis and labor planning.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Able to provide effective coaching and training at the floor level.
