About the Role:

Talent Focus is seeking a seasoned Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our permanent recruitment team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet client needs and expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including networking and social media.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for our clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in permanent recruitment within fast-paced environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering results and meeting targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong sense of urgency and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
