About the Role

The Senior Specialist Talent Acquisition will be responsible for driving high-volume, blue-collar recruitment on the East Coast, partnering with the broader Talent Acquisition team to attract, screen, and engage a pipeline of talent. This role requires a strong focus on candidate care, with great attention to detail, and the ability to deliver excellent candidate experience and best hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactive talent attraction: know what channels to use and how to engage and nurture talent for high-volume recruitment.
  • Facilitate end-to-end TA process via SuccessFactors and provide market insights to the Hiring Manager and HR Superintendent.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships for positive candidate experience.
  • Develop and fulfill effective recruitment strategies for the East Coast (Mt Thorley and Mackay branches).
  • Provide feedback to the Hiring Manager and HR Superintendent on candidates.
  • Support onboarding of candidates once successful and hands-on in other HR activities as required.
