The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies and processes across Oceania. This role will drive talent acquisition efforts to secure top talent and contribute to the success and growth of DP World's Oceania cluster.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding selected candidates.
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels.
- Manage recruitment metrics and data to assess the performance of the talent acquisition function.
- Develop and maintain a standard recruitment process across the business.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on process management and operations.
- Proven experience in managing recruitment in Australia or New Zealand.
- A talent magnet with the ability to identify and engage high-potential candidates.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and leverage recruitment data.
- Project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
