We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional brand experiences across multiple platforms.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional with a passion for graphic design, digital media, and marketing strategy. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing engaging campaigns that drive results and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support marketing initiatives by providing creative design input, including event ephemera, invitations, social media graphics, project displays, and exhibition panels;
  • Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and architectural teams to develop artwork, layouts, and templates for reports and presentations;
  • Maintain an up-to-date portfolio of work by ensuring project pages are current and developing new project pages as directed;
  • Provide technical advice and assistance in the use of company standard design files and brand guidelines;
  • Participate in regular discussions with the team to share work, innovate, organize workflow, and produce effective design solutions;
  • Create outstanding visual designs and support brand concepts for all campaigns, including seasonal promotions, social media assets, retail displays, and print materials;
  • Ensure all visual assets (digital and print) are consistent, compelling, and reflect the creative direction of the brand;
  • Utilize expertise in graphic design and typography to push boundaries and deliver exceptional results;
  • Retail window design and creation of concepts in response to briefs, including seasonal events and activations;
  • Retouching and editing of photography and videography may be required.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for growth and development within our organization.
