About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Construction Estimator to take on new challenges. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in site construction methodologies and detailed cost estimates.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills are essential for this role.
  • Analyse RFT documentation, scope of works, drawings, and project specifications.
  • Conduct thorough material take-offs, labour, plant, and equipment cost assessments.
  • Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
  • Liaise with internal resources to compile site construction methodologies for detailed cost-based estimates.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for internal reviews and client submissions.
  • Develop comprehensive tender submission proposals and presentations.
  • Evaluate costs for diverse projects ranging from $20k to $15M.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
