We are seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to support the growth of our organization.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience with site construction methodologies, including cost estimates for infrastructure and construction projects.

  • Preparation of detailed cost estimates for a diverse range of projects;
  • Analyse RFT documentation, scope of works, drawings and project specific specifications;
  • Conduct detailed material take-offs, labour, plant and equipment cost assessments;
  • Liaise with internal resources for compilation of site construction methodologies to support detailed cost-based estimates;
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for internal technical reviews, prior to submission;
  • Estimates for varying types of projects ranging from $20k to $15M.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years proven experience as a Construction Estimator;
  • Strong ability to analyse & interpret project specific RFT documentation, design drawings & detailed specifications;
  • Experience with preparation of detailed cost-based estimates for large scale projects;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
