As a Construction Estimator, you will play a key role in our team by providing accurate and detailed cost estimates for large-scale projects.

We are looking for an experienced professional who can analyze project-specific RFT documentation, design drawings, and specifications to prepare detailed cost-based estimates.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to interpret complex data, identify potential risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.

You will work closely with internal teams to compile site construction methodologies and prepare detailed tender submission proposals and presentations for clients.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize workloads.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in the NSW/Australian market and a proven track record of working on large-scale projects.

About You

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Construction Estimator for projects in the NSW/Australian market
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret project-specific RFT documentation, design drawings, and detailed specifications
  • Experience with preparation of detailed cost-based estimates for large-scale projects
  • Experience with supply and installation of Structural Steel, Architectural finishes, and Civil/Structural Foundations (desired)
  • Solid knowledge of AS/NZS 5131 and TfNSW specifications B201 (CC2/CC3) (preferred)
  • Exceptional commercial acumen and awareness to assess potential risks to the business
