Business Performance Executive

The role of a Business Performance Executive is to spearhead business performance growth through strategic data analysis and insightful reporting.

Key objectives include driving daily, weekly, and monthly data-driven operating rhythms while collaborating with the Business Performance community across virtual teams.

  • Lead self and team members in managing analytics and reporting functions that provide actionable insights for key stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to drive efficiency and productivity throughout the motor claims lifecycle.
  • Develop and apply architecture patterns and standards relating to data, analytics, and commercial insights.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in a business performance or analytics role translating business strategy into actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of leading continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, complex formulas, nesting, macros).
  • Credible interpretation of qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Strong influential and communication skills.
Desired Skills
  • Financial services, general insurance, and claims management experience preferred.
  • Business degree or postgraduate qualification in Information Management, Finance, Statistics, or Mathematical subjects.
  • Intermediate Power BI and SQL skills.
