Plum Partners has been in operation for over 3 years, leading innovation in a community-led business model that helps high-performing real estate agents create, run, and grow their own brands. We provide Design, Technology, Coaching, Mentoring, and Back-Office support, enabling agents to focus on listing and selling.

Our passionate team of 20 is based at our energetic head office in Taringa.

We aim to change agents' lives and help them buy back their time. In the past 3 years, we've onboarded nearly 50 agents, with growth continuing monthly.

Position

This new role is a direct result of our sustained growth and is strategic in driving our next expansion phase. You will be engaging daily with real estate agents, building relationships, and demonstrating the potential for their careers.

Working closely with the Business Director, you'll receive mentorship and insights into attracting and onboarding top talent. Your daily tasks will include nurturing our database, generating meetings, following up with warm leads, and building rapport across the market.

  • Work alongside the Business Director
  • Nurture the existing database to generate new agent meetings
  • Uncapped commission $$
Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience and passion for real estate, be comfortable on calls, and eager to grow their career.

  • 2-3 years of sales or real estate experience
  • Passionate about helping people and businesses succeed
