About the Role
  • Customer Journey Development: Utilize data insights to craft meaningful customer journeys that resonate with our diverse customer base, driving revenue growth and customer engagement.
  • Marketing Campaign Execution: Develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns across various channels, including traditional mail, email, SMS, and customer care teams.
  • Collaborative Success: Work closely with global and local teams to hit revenue targets, contributing to dynamic marketing team planning.
  • Campaign Analysis: Drive marketing campaign success with an omnichannel approach, analyzing campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI.
  • Data-Driven Segmentation: Use data skills to create effective customer segmentation and build clear customer journeys.

About You
  • CRM Marketer: You have a solid background in complex services marketing, preferably in healthcare, though other industries are welcome.
  • B2C Marketing Expert: You have strong skills across all channels, including traditional, digital, and customer call centers.
  • CRM Savvy: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, especially Microsoft Dynamics, is a plus.
  • Sales-Minded: You have a strong sales mindset and can translate marketing efforts into tangible results.
  • Healthcare Knowledge: You understand healthcare marketing regulations.
  • Data Analyst: Your well-developed analytical skills include Power BI capability.
