Job Title: Corporate Receptionist

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will be responsible for managing the reception area, coordinating room bookings, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the reception area, including desk duties and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Coordinate room bookings and assist with catering, audio visual, and equipment requirements
  • Receive and process incoming and outgoing mail, including storage and maintenance of a register
  • Manage communications, including email, phone calls, and client communication channels
  • Badge management for internal and external guests
  • Maintain inventory of mailing and stationary supplies
  • Assist with records management, including ordering boxes for archiving
  • Daily floor walks to maintain office facilities and identify any issues

Requirements:
