Job Title: Business Operations Coordinator

The role of Business Operations Coordinator offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to multiple teams on a temporary basis in various Government departments. This position has the potential to extend for the right candidate, with a minimum duration of 6 months and possible extension.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate smooth business operations by facilitating workflow between departments.
  • Support project management and assist in implementing business initiatives.
  • Maintain adherence to policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Handle phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to relevant team members.
  • Manage records, databases, and office systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial transactions as required.
  • Contribute to general office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining equipment.
  • Respond to correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain records, reports, and important documentation.
  • Monitor office supplies and arrange timely replenishment.
