
Business Operations Coordinator

The Business Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting regional operations across various functions, combining commercial coordination, promotional execution, and office management.
This dynamic role provides administrative support to senior leaders, including the GM Western, Central and National Transformation and State Manager Central. With a strong focus on collaboration, organisation, and service, this position ensures smooth day-to-day operations while contributing to strategic initiatives across the business.
- Manages CRM systems for On Premise Business Development Managers across Western and Central.
- Arranges travel for staff, processes purchase orders for ALM, manages gifts and events register, and coordinates the GM's calendar.
- Leads the Culture and Engagement Champions Team and executes the Culture and Engagement calendar through event planning for both internal and external events.
- Supports the month-end accounting process, sets up new vendors when required for Central and Western Regions, verifies freight documentation for NT.
- Maintains the office environment and supplies as required by the Western Team and Business, including booking meeting rooms and catering requirements when needed.
- Develops reports if required by General Manager, Commercial Manager or On-Premises team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into CRM systems.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage calendars for senior leaders.
- Plan and execute events to promote company culture and engagement.
- Verify and process financial transactions, including vendor setup and freight documentation.
- Provide administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
