Role Overview

This role is an opportunity to work as a Drafter in our office, located in Hindmarsh. You will be exposed to various projects, including healthcare, transport, commercial, retail, and specialist mechanical services.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for executing modeling and drafting work within time constraints to company standards. Your performance will be measured on the quality and timeliness of your outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to execute modeling and drafting work within time constraints to company standards.">
  • Prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.">
  • Prepare documentation using Revit and AutoCAD.">
  • Reliably support Project Managers and Engineers in satisfactorily completing projects.">
  • Adhere to professional standards, ethics, and quality procedures.">
  • Contribute to our company culture.">
  • Work independently once set a task.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Experience working with Mechanical Detail Drafting Revit software on HVAC building services projects.">
  • Keen eye for detail.">
  • Able to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner.">
  • Understanding of 3D and 2D drafting techniques utilising Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360, and other modeling/clash detection software.">
  • Dedicated to pursuing continued development in Revit/BIM Design Package, design understanding, and product education.">
  • Ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.">
  • Positive, can-do attitude.">
