**Mechanical Drafter**

The Defence Industry in Australia is experiencing continual growth and investment which means an array of opportunities are available to Defence industry professionals. We currently have an immediate need for Mechanical Drafters to support upgrade and integration activities related to Naval combat systems.

This is an exciting contract opportunity with a well-known defence company based in Adelaide. This role will assist in the design and development of mechanical integration components.

**Highlights**
- 3 Month contract position.
- ASAP Start.
- Work as part of a multi-skilled team.
- Must at least hold a **Baseline** Security Clearance.

***Skills**
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or demonstrated knowledge of drafting/design work (Senior drafters are encouraged to apply).
- Demonstrated working knowledge of CAD packages (Creo preferred).
- 2D and 3D modelling experience.
- Ability to produce drawings that meet defence standards.
- Ability to work to meet deadlines.
- Managing multiple requirements with limited supervision.
