
Key Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking highly motivated and organized individuals to join our customer support team in Brisbane.
As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers in relation to their orders and general inquiries.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders with precision and accuracy using our systems.
- Understand production capabilities and logistics of our plant and truck network.
- Maintain accurate delivery status information and communicate it to customers in a timely manner.
- Foster strong relationships with customers and internal teams through effective communication.
What We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience working in a contact centre environment is preferred.
- Punctual, professional, and reliable team members who can contribute to a collaborative office setting.
- Enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals who can adapt to a fast-paced contact centre team.
- Excellent communication skills to resolve customer issues and capture order details effectively.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
