Aquatic Centre Team Lead

As an Aquatic Centre Team Lead, you'll oversee daily operations, direct a passionate team and deliver high-quality customer experiences.

  • Manage aquatic centre operations.
  • Supervise staff to ensure adequate site supervision is maintained and review staff training and qualifications to ensure currency and coordinate training requirements.
  • Maintain the facility's plant, equipment and buildings in accordance with the asset management system, policy and plan.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee everything from staff supervision, facility maintenance, safety compliance and aquatic programs.
  • Work closely with senior colleagues on strategic growth initiatives, and collaborate with other Team Leads to support planning and program development across the region.

To succeed in this role, you will require a Certificate IV in Swimming Pool and Spa Service, or ability to attain. Additionally, a Current Pool Lifeguard qualification/licence, Current First Aid and CPR qualifications, Working with children blue card are essential.
