Job Summary

This permanent full-time position is crucial within the organisation and is suited to an experienced and highly organised individual with a high-level understanding of support coordination and the NDIS. As a Support Coordination Team Leader in the Specialist Services Team, you will have responsibility for leading a team.

You will support positive engagement with stakeholders including families, service providers, health professionals and Planners. You will mentor the Support Coordinators in your team to provide the highest possible quality service to our participants and promote a positive and supportive team culture.

Responsibilities

  • Support positive engagement with stakeholders
  • Mentor Support Coordinators to provide high-quality service
Requirements

Demonstrated high-level knowledge of the NDIS and what it means for participants.

  • Experience with Support Coordination and leadership experience that involves staff supervision
  • Previous experience in disability, community services, disability employment services, mental health services or similar
  • High level of interpersonal skills including the ability to develop and maintain relationships within a team, with participants, across service providers, and with various stakeholders
