Job Title: IT Helpdesk Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Helpdesk Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our support function, you will be responsible for leading a team of 10 Helpdesk Technicians in providing exceptional technical support to our clients.


About the Role:
  • Leverage your leadership skills to motivate and direct a high-performing team
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Active Directory, Exchange, and bespoke applications
  • Ensure timely resolution of technical issues within Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Develop and implement efficient processes for the Helpdesk
  • Monitor and enhance staff productivity and performance
  • Provide training, coaching, and development opportunities to team members
  • Collaborate with senior technicians on complex technical support requirements

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in managing or leading a team
  • Solid knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, Intune, Windows Server, and Network troubleshooting
  • Tertiary education in Information Technology, preferably with certifications in Microsoft, Azure, VMware, Cisco, and Fortinet
  • Prior experience working within a Managed Service Provider or Consultancy is highly desirable
  • Current driver's license and access to a vehicle
