**Role**

Greenleaf Support Services supports a wide variety of clients throughout the Adelaide Hills and Adelaide regions. Offering Aged and Disability support through personalised support plans, enhancing our clients quality of life is our main priority. Offering a compassionate and person centred approach clients are empowered to promote independence within their daily lives.

Support staff can expect a close knit team where ongoing support is available.

**You**

With experience in providing in personalised care you will be passionate bout helping people and hold relevant qualifications. In this role you can expect to offer assistance with daily living, transport, cleaning, medication support, and social and community support to our clients.

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Relevant Qualification: - Cert III or above in Individual Support/Disability/Aged
- Current Working with Children Check, NDIS Workers Screening and National Police check
- Full Drivers license and working vehicle to transport clients
- Senior First Aid certification and up to date CPR training
- Diabetes Trained (or willing to)
