Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting team members with setting up onsite mechanical pressure systems of liquid / air pressure systems including components of: pumps, hoses, generators, filters etc.
  • Setting up of calibrated equipment within mechanical pressure systems
  • Work under Leading Hands in all tasks, responsibilities, duties, work and projects as may be requested
  • Perform any administrative requirements including accurate completion of work timesheets, JHA's, vehicle check sheets, equipment inventory lists or any other documentation as may be required in the role
  • Follow best practices and internal policies in relation to safety, fatigue, cleaning equipment, support equipment, Personal Protective Equipment, inventory control, client relations
  • Participate in external and/or internal training as required for:
    • Upskilling and/or cross training
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in the following areas:
    • Pressure testing, chemical cleaning, flange management, high pressure blasting
    • Must have experience around mechanical equipment and items
  • Ability to react, work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Willingness to accept new challenges
  • Strong focus on Teamwork and capable of working unsupervised
  • Positive and team-based attitude
  • Willingsness to learn other industrial services such as leak sealing, hot tapping, chemical cleaning, pressure testing
  • Current Driver License
  • HPW Licence
  • Construction Induction (White or Blue Card)
  • Working at Heights within 2 years is desirable
  • Confined Space Entry within 2 years is desirable
  • RTAY access card and QAL access card is desirable
