We are seeking an experienced Data Automation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing existing processes, streamlining and driving implementation plans for automation across all analytics areas.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytics, with experience in SQL, R or Python, and excellent attention to detail. They will also possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will partner closely with our internal teams to assess existing processes and implement improvements. You will also be responsible for providing hands-on support to create efficiency and drive an overall framework to reduce future technical debt.

Our Data Automation Specialist will have the opportunity to work across all analytics areas, including Marketing, Sales and Customer Ops, Finance and Actuarial. They will also be involved in the development of an end-to-end process from data to pipeline to reporting and implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess existing processes and identify opportunities for automation
  • Develop and implement implementation plans for automation
  • Partner with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency
  • Provide hands-on support to create efficiency and drive an overall framework to reduce future technical debt
  • Work across all analytics areas, including Marketing, Sales and Customer Ops, Finance and Actuarial
  • Develop an end-to-end process from data to pipeline to reporting and implementation

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant analytics discipline
  • 3-5 years experience in an analytics related role
  • Strong SQL, R or Python experience
  • Strong experience and capability in MS Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
