Job Description

Turner & Townsend is seeking a highly skilled Project Risk Manager to join their Infrastructure team in Sydney. The successful candidate will have experience in managing risk on complex projects in the rail, road, airports, power, and utilities sectors.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate risk management to ensure effective project delivery to the highest industry standards.
  • Undertake qualitative and quantitative risk assessments to support informed decision-making.
  • Build and promote a risk-aware culture across the project.
  • Ensure a program of individual and small group risk reviews and reports are completed.
  • Complete risk reporting associated with monitoring project contingency and potential scope modifications.
  • Coordinate and review project status reporting and assist with arrangements for key governance meetings.
  • Provide subject matter expert advice to the project management team.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience working in complex, large-scale multidisciplinary projects in the infrastructure industry.
  • Experience and technical proficiency in using risk databases and risk management systems.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
