Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Associate to join our Medical Affairs team. As a Medical Affairs Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of country Medical priorities and operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop subject matter expertise in compliance, managing financial transactions, and adhering to strict operational requirements for Medical Affairs consultancies and other relevant engagements.
- Coordinate operations and logistics for Medical Affairs initiatives, ensuring compliant and efficient booking and oversight of all healthcare practitioner customer and consultant logistics arrangements for engagements and events.
- Maintain the global Expanded Access Program and support the Non-Commercial Supply of Medicine in Australia & New Zealand.
- Process sponsorships, educational grants, and vendor transactions on behalf of the Medical Affairs team.
- Internal & External event management & booking logistics for Advisory Board meetings, patient engagements, and speaker engagements.
- Financial oversight and project spend tracking.
- Complete administrative and project-related tasks that support the Medical Affairs team, such as managing distribution lists, booking meeting rooms, sending meeting invitations, organizing catering, and other administrative duties.
- Deliver a great onboarding and orientation for new starters at Pfizer, including ordering equipment, name badges, business cards, etc.
- Provide dedicated support to specific Therapy Areas or divisions within the Medical Affairs department and deliver a great customer experience for both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for great customer experience.
- An eye for detail.
- Experience in project management and/or logistics and events planning management execution.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven track record of working collaboratively across functions.
- Planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
- General digital competency.
- Tertiary qualification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Experience in the areas of company compliance and/or industry code, regulatory statutes, and standard operating procedures.
- Experience in business efficiency and operations, budget supervision, and payment systems usage.
