Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Affairs Associate to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Medical Affairs Associate, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Medical Affairs team, including tracking trial and research programs, managing budgets, and coordinating with vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Medical Affairs team in tracking trial and research programs, including IIT/IIR and Phase IV research processes
  • Manage budgets and financial activities, including expense tracking and procurement
  • Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers to support Medical Affairs activities
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of Medical Affairs activities and metrics
  • Collaborate with the Medical Operations team to ensure seamless communication and coordination

Requirements:

  • Experience in a medical affairs or administrative role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow reporting processes
  • Proactive and willing to learn with a positive attitude
  • Good initiative and results-oriented
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a medical affairs environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
  • Understanding of medical affairs processes, including IIT/IIR and Phase IV research processes
