Process Improvement Specialist

This role involves working closely with the business to document current payroll processes, develop future process maps, and produce detailed training materials for a new Payroll system.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, stakeholder engagement, and training delivery. Key Responsibilities:

  • Document current payroll processes in collaboration with the business.
  • Develop and map new business processes related to Definitiv.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of the new payroll platform.
  • Produce detailed training materials for both business processes and work with the payroll module vendor to create training materials.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions on new payroll processes and system functionalities.
  • Elicit, document, and refine business requirements.
  • Provide clear and structured business process documentation using Visio or similar tools.

About You:

  • Proven experience in payroll system implementation (essential).
  • Strong ability to map business processes and document requirements.
  • Proficient in process mapping tools such as Visio or similar.
  • A natural trainer and confident presenter, able to educate users at all levels.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to capture and document unstructured business knowledge.
  • Adaptable, empathetic, and skilled at managing change in a business transformation setting.
