About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop process maps and training materials for our new Payroll system.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to document current payroll processes.
  • Create new business processes related to Definitiv.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the new payroll platform.
  • Produce detailed training materials for business processes and work with vendors to create training materials.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions on new payroll processes and system functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Gather and document business requirements using Visio or similar tools.
  2. Map existing payroll processes to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Develop and implement efficient business processes.
  4. Elicit, document, and refine business requirements.
  5. Guide the organization through this transition by being adaptable and sensitive to change.
About You:
  • You have proven experience in payroll system implementation.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and can map business processes effectively.
  • You are proficient in process mapping tools such as Visio.
  • You are an effective trainer and confident presenter.
  • You have excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
  • You are detail-oriented and able to capture unstructured business knowledge.
