Trainer and Assessor Position

We are seeking a skilled trainer and assessor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a qualification in Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Business.

Mandatory Requirements:
  • Diploma of Business or equivalent tertiary qualifications
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment; TAE40116 or TAE40110 along with TAEASS502 and TAELLN401 units, or Higher level of Training and Assessment qualifications
  • Relevant industry experience
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Previous VET training experience with international students
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Teaching certification
Work Environment:

This role involves working in-person at a Registered Training Organisation.

The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality training and assessment services.

  • Assess student progress and provide feedback
