Trainer & Assessor - Certificate III in Business

We are seeking a highly skilled Trainer & Assessor to deliver exceptional training and assessment services for the Certificate III in Business (Customer Engagement) in Springfield, Maroochydore, and virtually.

  • Deliver high-quality training and assessment services for the Certificate III in Business (Customer Engagement) in classroom and/or virtual environments, ensuring learners achieve desired outcomes.
  • Maintain effective relationships with students to support their learning journey, providing guidance and feedback as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and review training materials, guaranteeing they are current, relevant, and aligned with industry requirements.

Key Requirements

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent).
  • Relevant industry experience in business, customer engagement, or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering training and assessment services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly efficient time management and organisational skills, ensuring seamless delivery of training services.
