Senior HCM Implementation Specialist

As an Enterprise HCM Project Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery using industry-recognised methodologies. You will collaborate with passionate professionals to build a meaningful career and work on diverse projects across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of HCM implementation projects.
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, timelines, scope, risk, and resource management.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams, client stakeholders, and third parties through effective communication and engagement.
- Apply best practice project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).
- Ensure seamless project governance and status reporting across all levels of stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering HCM/Payroll solutions or similar solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-phase, cross-functional projects.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Strong organisational and time management capabilities.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM or equivalent) is desirable.
