Job Title: Cloud-Based HCM Solution Specialist

About the Position

The Cloud-Based HCM Solution Specialist plays a pivotal role within the Enterprise Resource Planning team, spearheading the implementation of a cutting-edge cloud-based HCM solution in collaboration with Information Services and external vendors.

This position requires active stakeholder engagement across the university, participation in requirements and design workshops, as well as ensuring data integrity through validation and remediation efforts.

The specialist is responsible for developing and executing test cases for user acceptance testing, coordinating with stakeholders for successful solution delivery, and maintaining robust documentation.

The key responsibilities include presenting critical insights and risks, leading knowledge transfer sessions, and supporting process documentation to ensure a smooth transition to the future state systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing a cloud-based HCM solution in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Ensuring data integrity through validation and remediation efforts
  • Developing and executing test cases for user acceptance testing
  • Maintaining robust documentation and process guidelines
Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates for this position should possess deep expertise in contemporary HCM systems, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and keen attention to detail.

They must be adept at transforming data from various sources into actionable insights while maintaining a thorough understanding of People & Culture processes, systems, and regulations.

In addition, they should be knowledgeable about system integrations, including APIs and middleware, and excel in stakeholder management, collaborative relationship building, and the creation of user guides, process documentation, and system specifications.
