Job Title: Senior HCM Implementation Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior HCM Implementation Manager to lead the delivery of Human Capital Management (HCM) system implementations from initiation through to post-go-live.

About the Role
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of HCM implementation projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Own the project plan, scope, risk, and resource management, effectively engaging and communicating with internal teams, client stakeholders, and third parties.

  • As a seasoned professional, you have a strong background in managing enterprise software implementations, preferably HCM or payroll-related projects, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions.
